About me
I’m Becki — a qualified Early Years Professional, Assessor, Apprenticeship Tutor, Designated Safeguarding Lead and a mum of 2 with a BA HONS Degree in Early Childhood Studies.
A proud home ed mum also, I am a true believer of adapting the learning environment to suit the needs of the child. I have had the pleasure of home educating my children during a number of their primary years. Attending home ed groups weekly, choosing to blend formal learning with free flow child led learning, times I hold close to my heart. My children are teens now, one child is back in formal schooling as it suits her way of learning and the other is thriving as a home ed student.
I have worked within various Early Years provisions before moving into working for online education providers and my local FE College with students on Childcare courses such as:
- Level 3 Education and Early Years T Level
- Level 3 Early Years Educator
- Level 2 Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning
- Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Autism
With extensive experience, of over a decade, supporting learners from Level 1 to Level 5, and collaborating with education providers to deliver high‑quality, compliant childcare qualifications.
My work blends real‑world early years expertise with strong assessment practice and a commitment to inclusive, supportive learning.
I’ve designed and delivered assessment materials, curriculum plans, and resources for NCFE, CACHE, TQUK, and T Level courses.
I specialise in assessment, observation, and resource development that meets awarding‑body standards.
